| Global Registry & Data Pool Agreements |
Suppliers participating in the Global Data
Synchronization Network (GDSN) through Big Hammer Data must have two
agreements in place:

GS1 Global Registry Subscription Agreement

Big Hammer GDSN Data Pool Subscription Agreement
The Global Registry Agreement is included within the Big Hammer GDSN Data Pool
Subscription Agreement, expediting the subscription process and allowing
suppliers to begin onboarding their data as quickly as possible.
Big Hammer GDSN Data Pool Subscription Agreement
The Big Hammer data pool is the repository for suppliers' product information
that will be shared with their retailers via connection to the Global Registry.
The Big Hammer GDSN Data Pool subscription requires a signed agreement between
the supplier and Big Hammer Data, and the payment of annual fees based
on the number of items to be uploaded to the Global Registry. Fee quotes are

GS1 Global Registry Subscription Agreement
In the past, suppliers were required to sign a separate GS1 Global Registry
Subscription Agreement to participate in the Global Registry, with data pools
such as Big Hammer administering that agreement. As the result of changes made
by the GS1 GDSN, the GS1 Global Registry Agreement is now a part of the
individual data pool agreements. Therefore, when suppliers execute the Big
Hammer GDSN Data Pool Subscription Agreement, the Global Registry agreement is
included and simultaneously executed.

Our data pool subscribers will find the Global Registry fees included with the
Big Hammer fees as a separate line item within the Big Hammer GDSN Data Pool
Agreement. The Global Registry fees that the data pools must collect will
change year to year based on future fee changes made by the GS1 GDSN.

Effective February 1, 2006

Due to these Global Registry fee changes, the GS1 GDSN will begin refunding
prorated fees to suppliers for the remaining portions of their 2006 agreements.
